The problem
Creative work in India is mostly hired through word of mouth, and the people who make it are rarely credited by name. A photographer, editor or make-up artist can work on dozens of projects and still have no reliable record of it.
The idea
On FilmFolio, every project lists who did what. Creatives catalogue their credited work, rights are confirmed before work is shown, and clients hire from that record.
What I built
I took FilmFolio from idea to a live site, designing it as a two-sided marketplace: profiles and credits on one side, clients looking to hire on the other.
Where it stands
FilmFolio launched in 2026 and runs on sample profiles while the first creators come on board. I am building it alongside the PGP Rise programme at Masters' Union.
